I was very touched when I read your request, since I feel we are in the same situation - since I arrived here (Sep 19 02) I have been looking for a job as a social worker or Hebrew Teacher, but I really had no luck, since I do not know anybody here and I have no connections... Back in ISRAEL I used to work as a social worker for the elderly and also as a receptionist in L'oreal Israel. I had to leave both jobs, parents, friends, my culture, language - HOME to be with my fiance (his family name is also Rosen so I am soon to be Rosen too :)... I made this change because I wanted to be with someone that I love, I gave up on a lot of meaningfull things to come here.
