Sep 2000 to July 2001: New Product Development, Magnus Hi-Tech
Industries, Melbourne FL. Researches aerospace, medical and commercial markets
for environmental enclosures, equipment racks, machined and fabricated sheet
metal parts requirements. Established over 32 new customers in the first three
months. Established and trained an outside sales force, which has logged $3.6
million in active quotes since Feb 1, 2001. Traveled to customer locations USA
wide to perform product and design capabilities presentations. Prepares price
quotes per FARs and DOD specifications and proposes mechanical designs to satisfy customer specifications.
Assists customers with electro-mechanical designs and installations, using
AutoCAD2000. Researches, designs and presents new enclosure type products to
targeted markets. Selects material sources for components and hardware. Uses DARs, FARs and Mil-Specs in product application design and contract proposals.

Oct 1999 to Mar 2000: Real Property and Facilities Support Specialist, Computer
Sciences Raytheon, Patrick AFB, FL.
Managed the Real Property and Government Facilities Accounting Systems for the
Air Force Eastern Space and Missile Test Range, Downrange Operations.
Monitored contractor construction and inspected facilities for condition,
required maintenance, and correct fiscal accounting. Managed over 1500
Government property assets. Identified and recovered over $4.5 million in
unrecorded properties. Used Windows 2000 / NT, ACES and IWIMS to control and
administer all records.

Jan 1999 to Oct 1999: Startup Business/Manufacturing Consultant. Rockledge,
FL.
Assisted and advised manufacturing companies to establish manufacturing
facilities/operations and sales support operations in the industrial
manufactured goods market. Edited foreign technical literature to conform to
US English and technical language standards. Provided hands on defense contracting product
marketing and sales training.

June 1982 to Dec 1998: Manufacturing Manager, EDAK, Inc. and Pilot Fibers Corp.,
Melbourne, FL.
Responsible for management of the company's, business and manufacturing
operations, and USA products marketing. Established and setup two, individual,
USA manufacturing operations, for a Switzerland based company. Recruited and
organized both work forces. Coordinated equipment purchases and supervised
equipment installation and startup operations. Trained technicians on
equipment operation and maintenance.

Installed all production equipment and hired and trained operators.
Established and implemented Management, Procurement, Personnel, and production
scheduling procedures and policies for both companies. Established Quality
Assurance procedures and Safety programs Wrote and implemented ISO 9000/9002, MIL 45208
policies and procedures. Established receiving, shipping and warehouse/stock
control methods and procedures.
Pilot Fibers Corp, Melbourne, FL. (06/82-05/89.) a synthetic fiber (PP
polymer) extrusion line. Duties performed were same as above.
Established an outside sales strategy/force
for BCF yarns produced on Hills' equipment. Conducted the sale of the fiber
extrusion operation (Pilot Fibers), May 1989, and dedicated full time to the
transit case and enclosure manufacturing operation (EDAK). Instituted Statistical Process Control.
Exercised direct control over budgets and operating funds. Established a sales
and marketing activity. Directly interfaced with major defense contractor
engineering teams and program managers to design and produce systems ready
operational cases for hi-tech electronics applications. Prepared sales
proposals. Conducted direct sales technical presentations. Extensive
purchasing experience in Federal Acquisition Regulations, DOD Standards and
Specifications, and their application to production and subcontractors.
Established a Mil-spec QC program per MIL-I-45208. Qualified products to
Mil-Spec. Certified to ISO 9002 July 1997. Reorganized the sales and marketing
activity and increased 1998 sales by 22%. Conducted recruiting and training
Of U.S. Sales Force. Assisted in the design of, and specified special
Environmental enclosures and explosion proof hardware for NASA/McDonnell Douglas Signal
Analyzer enclosures, currently mounted on top Space Shuttle launch towers 39A
and 39B. Demonstrated to the US Army Aviation Test Operations, Ft. Rucker, the capabilities and installation
procedures for EDAK cases to be installed in Blackhawk helicopters, to house
REMIDS sensor equipment and sold the system.

1978-82: Maintenance Control Supervisor, Aircraft Operations, Patrick AFB, FL.
(Active Military Service).
Directed the daily aircraft flight operations and unscheduled aircraft
maintenance. Allocated personnel and ground support equipment to support
Flight and maintenance operations. Managed a work force of over 350 personnel.
Established schedules and records for periodic and overhaul maintenance of 72
assigned aircraft. Supervised maintenance on NASA T-38 chase planes. Supported
refueling operations for the Space Shuttle Transport B-747. Directed
Utilization and servicing of ground servicing/power equipment (GSE) for Patrick AFB.
Participated directly in aircraft flight malfunctions troubleshooting and
repair. Developed flightline safety procedures that reduced ground
accidents/incidents to zero during my tenure. Responsible for facilities and
hangar maintenance, vehicles, and repair shop equipment maintenance. Material
control manager for aircraft spares and parts. Ground Safety and
Environmental Safety Officer for the 549th CAMS.

1974-1978: Technical Training School Superintendent
Managed an Air Force technical school which taught T-37 and T-38 aircraft
maintenance. Directly supervised 12 instructors and 2 clerks. Was a qualified
Master Instructor, and taught T-37 and T-38 general maintenance, to include
egress seat systems and safety. Was Prime Official for writing T-37 and T-38
crew chief type and industrial safety courses. Qualified the school for accreditation with The
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
