Blair Chipkin

Donna Klein Jewish Academy's 2004 Avraham HaLevi Eagle Award has been presented to Blair Chipkin.

"Blair was chosen for excelling academically in both general and Judaic studies and for exemplifying a love of Israel and the values of integrity and derech eretz (common courtesy)," explained Steven Bogad, Principal of the High School at DKJA. "Blair's continued membership in the National Honor Society attests to her high accomplishments. She has been an example for the rest of the class and school of maturity and sensitivity and has been gracious and generous of spirit, time, and resources."

Underwritten through the generosity of the Allan A. Stein Family Foundation, the HaLevi Eagle Award was established to honor the memory of Avraham ben Yosef HaLevi, who loved learning, loved people, and loved being Jewish.

Blair Chipkin is the third outstanding graduating senior chosen to receive this special honor. The Class of 2002 recipient was Justin Levy, and the Class of 2003 recipient was Josef Newman.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy, a partner in serving the community with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, provides a unique educational experience that emphasizes the importance of Jewish learning and encourages academic excellence from kindergarten through high school. The school is located in Boca Raton on the Richard and Carole Siemens Jewish Campus of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
