Jessica Staller

Jessica Staller, a senior at the High School at Donna Klein Jewish Academy, has qualified as a Semifinalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. She is the first DKJA student to achieve this status in the rigorous national competition that includes 1.3 million students from 21,000 U.S. high schools.

An honor roll scholar and co-president of the Students Against Destruction Decisions (SADD) chapter at the High School at DKJA, Jessica has the additional distinction of being the only DKJA student to have studied at the college level for four summers (three at Duke University, one at the University of Pennsylvania) as a result of her achievements in the Duke University Talent Identification Program Talent Search.

"Jessica's outstanding record of achievements and accomplishments at Donna Klein Jewish Academy has been more than just a series of personal successes. She has set new standards and high goals for the current and future students at our school," commented Steven Bogad, Principal of the High School at DKJA. "With academic achievement always a top priority, Jessica has been a significant contributor to the growth and development of our High School program."
